Open Nut Bracket
Nut brackets are mounted onto the nut of a ball screw. They ensure perpendicularity between the mounting surface that contacts the nut flange and the working table surface, thereby guaranteeing the installation accuracy of the ball screw. In addition to ball screws, they can also be used with other types of lead screws, such as trapezoidal screws.
Features
- Mounting Accuracy: HZMotion nut brackets adopt an integrated precision machining process to ensure the perpendicularity between the positioning surface of the screw nut flange and the mounting surface of the worktable, effectively minimizing the overturning moment applied to the screw nut.
- Geometric Tolerances: The fitting holes and end-face mating surfaces of nut brackets are controlled to IT6 grade geometric tolerances, meeting the requirements of most applications. Higher precision requirements can be accommodated through customization.
- Standard Sizes: The nut housings conform to internationally mainstream dimensions, ensuring maximum compatibility and coverage of specifications.
- Surface treatment: Nut brackets are black-oxide treated by default for rust prevention, with other surface treatment options available.
