Standard Motor Bracket
Servo motor bracket, also known as motor brackets or motor housings, generally fall into two main categories: one features built-in bearings (integrated motor brackets), and the other combines motor bracket with separate support units (general motor brackets). General type motor brackets can be configured with various bearing blocks and motors, offering flexible compatibility for most application scenarios.
Features
- Structural Rigidity: The housing blank is integrally cast, providing excellent structural rigidity.
- Mounting Accuracy: The general type motor bracket adopts precision machining process, ensuring concentric installation of the screw, bearing, coupling, and motor.
- Surface treatment: Motor brackets are black-oxide treated by default for rust prevention, with other surface treatment options available.

FAQ
If a bearing failure occurs, a repair kit can be ordered for replacement. However, since the bearings and related components require precise installation, we recommend replacing the entire assembly to ensure optimal performance.
Yes. The bearings in the integrated motor brackets are pre-lubricated and properly preloaded. No additional operations are required before use.
Generally speaking, HZMotion’s motor brackets are divided into A, B, C, H, L, and KK types. The C and KK types feature an integrated structure combining the support unit and motor bracket. The A, B, L, and H types are designed to be used together with FK, FKA, MBK, or WBK support units. Type A, L, and H are suitable for light-load environments, type B is for heavy-load environments, and type KK is for light-load environments. The C type covers the widest range of specifications, suitable for both light- and heavy-load applications.
