The Website provides product display, online enquiries, customer accounts, access to product pricing, carts, order submission and tracking, and downloads of technical documents and CAD models. Certain pricing and download functions are available only to approved registered accounts.
2. Registration Information and Account Management
You must provide true, accurate and complete registration information and keep your account credentials secure. An account may be used only by you or authorised personnel of your company and must not be transferred, lent or shared without authorisation. A newly registered account cannot view customer pricing or download restricted CAD models until it has been approved.
Where account details are incomplete, abnormal activity or a security risk exists, or this Agreement is violated, the Website may request additional information, restrict permissions, suspend or freeze the account. You are responsible in accordance with applicable law for consequences resulting from false information, failure to protect account credentials or unauthorised use.
3. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
You must not use the Website for illegal activities, infringe the legitimate rights of the company or another user, impersonate another person, submit malicious content, interfere with Website operation, bypass access controls, collect restricted content in bulk or conduct other automated abuse.
4. Product Information and Pricing
Product information, specifications, drawings, prices and technical materials displayed on the Website are provided for product understanding and selection reference. We take reasonable steps to keep them accurate and current, but specifications, availability, lead times, suitability and versions remain subject to final confirmation between the parties.
Prices shown after sign-in and estimated cart totals do not by themselves constitute a final quotation. The final order total, taxes, shipping charges and other fees are subject to confirmation by our sales team or the quotation, order or contract agreed by both parties.

You should verify the version, dimensions and applicable conditions before use.
7. Service Changes and Account Action
The Website may adjust, suspend or terminate part of a service for operational, maintenance, security or legal reasons and will provide an appropriate notice where reasonably practicable. Accounts involving abnormal activity, security risks or violations of this Agreement may be restricted, suspended, frozen or deactivated.
8. Service Availability and Disclaimer

Where renewed consent is required by law or the nature of a change, an additional notice will be provided at registration, sign-in or another appropriate point.
