Motor Bracket Surface Rust

Surface treatments only provide a certain period of protection. During use, the surface should be continuously maintained with an oil film or kept in a protected environment. For long-term storage, the product should be placed in a dry space. If there are special usage requirements, please consult with our sales representative for further instructions.

High Operating Resistance

Check whether the retaining ring at the shaft-end face was omitted, which may cause the bearing housing seal to rub against the screw shaft.

Abnormal Friction Noise During Operation

Try applying an appropriate amount of grease to the sealing lip of the seal.

Whistling Noise During Operation

Check whether cutting fluid has entered the bearing housing, causing lubrication failure.

Motor Bracket Bearing Area Overheating

Check for overload, whether the seal interferes with the retaining ring or the screw shaft shoulder, and whether the screw and guide rail are parallel.

Poor Axial Positioning Accuracy

Check whether the runout of the screw shaft shoulder meets the requirements, ensure that the shoulder and shaft diameter areas are properly chamfered, verify if there is any axial clearance in the bearing housing, inspect for axial play in the screw assembly, and confirm that the control system’s precision meets specifications.

Motor Mounting Easily Loosens After Installation

Check for interference between the motor output shaft and the screw shaft end, and verify whether the coupling interferes with the motor or motor base.
