◼ The bearings in C-type and KK-type motor brackets are pre-filled with grease; no additional lubrication is needed before use.
◼ Keep the motor bracket clean during installation and use. Prevent dust and debris from entering the motor bracket. Take protective measures if necessary.
◼ Do not disassemble the bearing end cover on the motor bracket, as this will compromise the bearing preload.
◼ When installing the ball screw, carefully protect the sealing lip to avoid damage or deformation.
◼ When tightening the locking nut during ball screw installation, apply appropriate torque. Excessive tightening on DF-type paired bearings can reduce the preload between the bearings.
◼ Radial set screws on the lock nut must be tightened after installation is confirmed. Use thread-locking adhesive if necessary.
◼ Check for any interference between the screw shaft end and the motor shaft extension.
◼ Check that the coupling can move smoothly along the axial direction and rotate freely around the circumference.
◼ Under no circumstances should forced installation or removal be performed.
◼ Do not press the internal seal to avoid contact between the sealing lip and the bearing.
